About OOFRAS

OOFRAS partners with occupational therapists (OTs) to promote occupational wellbeing for refugees & asylum seekers.

A refugee faces roles and occupations that are new (to survive the journey), changed (new environment) and lost (with upheaval). This can corrode health, wellbeing and settlement.

OTs create occupational opportunities to help refugees learn to "survive and thrive" with a repertoire of adaptive occupations.
